Independent Schools Association (ISA) Launch
Chiswick House School and St Martin's proudly form part of The Independent Schools Association. The official launch of the ISA will take place on Tuesday 9th March at St James Cavalier. Ten Independent Schools have come together: - to promote the well being and advancement of Independent Schools in Malta and Gozo
- to co-ordinate matters of common interest involving Independent Schools in Malta/Gozo and abroad
- to promote the well being, personal and social development and education of children and youths
- to strive to maintain Independent Schools in the forefront of advances in education in cooperation with Government and Educational Authorities
- to watch over the special interests of Independent Schools and take the necessary steps to advance these interests
- to collaborate with other schools in Malta and Gozo who are not in the Independent Sector.
Ms Bernie Mizzi, Director at CHSMC is the President and Mrs Sue Mifsud Midolo, Director of the Junior School at St Catherine's High School is Vice-President. Together, they work with the rest of the team of dynamic Heads from all the ten schools to realise the objectives listed above. This is a historic event for our sector! The ISA wishes to thank staff, parents, students and all the other vital stakeholders for assisting it in its endeavours.
