    • CHS & SMC - Our long History

      • "To look backward for a while is to refresh the eye, to restore it and to render it more fit for its prime function of looking forward."  Margaret Fairless Barber.

Mr and Mrs Andrew Bass visited CHSMC on Thursday, 14th April 2011.  Mr Bass' great-aunt, Ms Rose Foss, an Oxford graduate, was Headmistress at Chiswick House School during the 1930s. Mr Bass remembers his great-aunt speaking fondly of her time in Malta and of her years at Chiswick House School. This visit has assisted us in piecing together some of the missing information of our long history.  Ms Bernie continues to collect and collate snippets of our collective memory.  By scholastic year 2015/16, when CHS turns 110, an updated history of the School will be published.
